None of this is required. It shortens the exchange from four emails to one.

The CI system, named

Which runner platform, self-hosted or managed, and roughly how many jobs a day. A build that runs eleven times a day has different economics from one that runs four hundred times, and the answer changes at that boundary.

One line is enough

The number that annoys you

Wall-clock for a full pipeline, queue wait at the worst hour, or the cache hit rate if you already measure one. An approximate figure you have seen beats an exact figure you have inferred.

What has already been tried

Bigger runners, a shared cache that had to be turned off, a partial migration that stalled. Knowing what failed and why rules out a whole branch of the conversation before it starts.

What happens to an email you send

Controller: VAIR LTD is the controller for correspondence sent to this address.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f). The interest is responding to enquiries about the company's own services.
Retention: Enquiry correspondence is kept for 24 months from the last message, then deleted. Correspondence forming part of a contract is kept for six years after the contract ends.
Recipients: Our email provider, acting as a processor. Named in section 8 of the privacy notice.
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, set out in full in section 12 of the privacy notice.
